• When will my transaction be approved?

• Why was my cashback transaction rejected?

  To withdraw the collected cashback you need a minimum of 5 euros approved in your transactions. The welcome bonus and compensation are not included. Consider that your transactions must meet the average payment time, you will see this information in the profile of each store. As soon as you meet these conditions, the cashback will automatically be transferred to your account to your chosen in the PAYOUT method.
